Media reception in Data Solutions Laboratory
Receipt of your devices or media can be done by delivering your media to our reception office or by organized free courier service.
Upon receipt, a device or media is assigned with a reference number uniquely identifying such media i.e. client in further data recovery process.
In this Application Form, you can also specify the most important data that needs to be recovered. In this way, the emphasis is put on required data and their recovery will be the priority of our lab technicians.
The Application Form also contains all details required for full description of the future job (special marks, type of encryption, type of file systems, types of required databases and the like). You may also specify a timeframe for data recovery. In case you need urgent data recovery or data destruction, this should be specified in the Application Form.
- Data Solutions will not charge its services or recovery attempt costs if:
- Data Solutions Laboratory cannot successfully complete the job
- Client did not get the data needed
- Client is not satisfied with data integrity
- Recovery job is not done within specified timeframe
If you cannot deliver your device or media in person, but you send it via courier or courier service, please follow the guidelines on transportation and packaging.
It is important to strictly follow the procedure for receipt of new media in order to ensure data safety and professional data recovery diagnosis and evaluation.
