Diagnostics and Evaluation

Diagnosis and evaluation is all the most important step in the process of data recovery from faulty-damaged hard drive or other media.

After receiving our media laboratory will conduct the necessary tests and analysis of the media. Analyze the situation on the media upon receiving, status , firmware, and logical structure. The results and laboratory evaluation will be forwarded to the client in the form of document/PDA which can be downloaded here.

With a description of failure and evaluation will be presented to the client along with other conditions related to the data recovery time, the medium on which data can be delivered, privacy protection issues and the price of services.

Saving data/Recovering of your data

After valid Data Recovery Agreement has been received by Data Solutions Laboratory process of data recovery shall begin using the following procedure:

	Based on your Diagnosis and Evaluation document we will provide donor media(s) and all other necessary parts prior to successful recovery of your data.
	After damaged parts being replaced original logical structure will be restored (partition table, tree, files etc.)
	Creating copy of your data will be achieved using special equipment which makes possible to read corrupted areas on different types of damaged  media such as magnetic, digital or optic.
	Saved data will be tested and verified. After verification the data will be copied to other useful media and delivered back to client.
