Lab technician working on your case will make comments and specify required parts for successful data recovery in order to get you a clear picture of the pending job.

If diagnosis necessitates opening the drive chamber, your consent to violate chamber integrity is needed. To underline, our Laboratory never applies violent data recovery methods.

Together with a Data Recovery Diagnosis and Evaluation Form you will also receive a Data Recovery Service Contract. By signing this Contract, you agree to proceed with service specified in the Contract.

Once we get the electronically signed and completed contract, our laboratory begins with the data recovery process. On completion within specified time frame, you will get back the data on DVD, CD or some other media.
